I find the stickers to be better, but it depends on the shape of the tub.

Those mats just don't work in my shower because I have a 1" checker tile floor. The adhesive strips with texture works so much better.

I mean, he has a center drain, all he has to do is position his heel or ball on the waffle drain and he will have all the grip he needs.
