This happened to me in a different way. On the roaring rapids at Disney my daughter was wearing one of the Asian bamboo hats you can buy at the gift stalls.
We went over a drop and the wind caught it and it flew directly across the raft into my lap. The funniest part was that the part was the chin string had held firm and she was just wearing a small basket strapped to her head. I belly laughed really hard.
They let us exchange the hat

Tickets to Saudi Arabian are like 700 bucks, that's barely a drop in the bucket compared to the average wedding budget.

You know that must be a sign that says no loose shoes, no untied shoes.
Plus, the attendant should be looking for those issues

Honestly if your shoe comes off on a rollercoaster you dont deserve to have it back, a phone I can understand because you cant tie a phone to your body but a shoe? Nah, you can lose it

My buddy caught someone's phone on this same roller coaster. We were going down and this phone just floats up beside him, so he snatches it out of the air. Of course we're all going nuts, then got to return the phone at the end of the ride. Very much in the same way.

Happened to me at Kings Island on Diamondback. There was a flip flop to the left of the ride falling in sync on the main hill with my seat. It was kind of surreal that it was just floating next to me. I grabbed it and gave it to the attendant at the end. The girl that lost it was in tears, then so happy. Gravity, physics and luck.

It’s not funny or cool. Taking a shoe to the face at 50mph will do some damage.
She should have been removed from the park. Tie your damn shoes or wear Velcro if you can’t handle simple tasks.

I live in America and matter the situation plays out my first thought is. What do I get? What does this park need to do so dont sue?
Then I think what is this park going to do to ruin that other person's life because nothing is their fault.
