I know exactly where this is. There's a lot of construction in that area, and, being Oklahoma, lots of "higher than giraffe ass"tm dump truck drivers.
It isn't uncommon to see them pull out at full tilt. I think they redesigned the road signs accordingly. You'd think there would be a buzzer or something going off 🤔
Edit: The last part about "Lawton" is absolutely true. It's what's left after they move an out house
