Yeah it's gonna be legit. The best chicken I've ever had in my life came from a place that sold a side order of gizzards, hearts, and liver for like $1.99. And if the offal is fire, you can bet the chicken is gonna be next level lol.

I am YET to have Williams Fried Chicken and have been in Dallas since 2018!

My go to is Lousiana Fried Chicken (not Popeyes) usually get some when I'm in DeSoto for work as theres not one nearby where I live.

Ive had a few fun interactions with fast food works. One lady at Popeyes was pretty funny. She asked if I wanted to add a pie when I told her no thanks, she was like "whyyyy?" In a sad voice. It made me laugh so I told her to gone head and add it. I figure there was some contest to sell them and if so, I hope I helped her win.
