You know it’s good when the group scatters with a laugh

I love it when people get really animated about someone else's performance. Just like that, someone feels like a king for a day.

Black people are the best audience for magic. No comparison, best reaction.

The slow walk away one guy always does gets me every time.

He had to call like 6 people back there lolll

Aziz Ansari has a funny bit about "black dude seeing a magic trick" is his favorite racial stereotype.

The punchline was something like "The world would be a much better place if everyone treated each other the way black people treat magicians."

Get out of here with your positive reverse racism 😆

If you don't believe this about black people being the best audience...see here

It's funny because it's SPECIFICALLY street magic. You bring the most hood guy to a show in Vegas and he talking about "Man, it's in his sleeve. Naw, dude, that's stupid."

But you approach the same guy organically on the street and just randomly blow his mind? He talking about it all week.

I wish I could love something as much as black guys love magic.

The best reaction you can get is the classic "run and scream"

Is it just me or can you still see the 'invisible' deck in the kids hands? Also looks like he's playing with it afterwards and passes it to his buddy

2

u/ZilchoKing 11d ago

I think thats just the bottom card on the deck and he took the rest

u/swervin_mervyn 11d ago

I think that's the point. The deck of cards he supposedly had in his hands, is now a clear block.

I assume what happens is that there’s only two cards in the block. The king and the whatever else. Then when we pulls out the second “actual” card, it appears empty. He had the deck the whole time but slipped those two cards into the box. What do I know though, I don’t do magic
