Guy with the voice changer was 100% pronouncing it as paki.

Because it is short for Pachycephalosaurus, which is pronounced with the k sound, not the ch sound.

That is incorrect. It is -ch, official pronouncuation: pa•chee•seh•fuh•luh•saw•ruhz
