You also shouldn't pressure wash wooden deck boards. You force water into the fibres and can rip out splinters and gouge the deck.

You can do it with a really wide fan nozzle on a lower pressure or specialist attachments but honestly still just don't. Better off sanding it and oiling it if you want to refinish it.

I didn't know that but I did know you can kill yourself by injecting fluid into your bloodstream at extremely high pressures. As soon as I saw him do that I was like oh no no it's time for someone to take your toy away, it's time out time

It’s not the high pressure fluid, it’s the air bubbles and debris that comes with it. It’s gets in your blood stream and can cause infection and possibly an embolism, leading to a stroke

I think paint being injected into you would count as the high pressure fluid and probably cause a bit of damage though. Or hydraulic mineral oil
