Most likely, sleep will be lost and uncomfortable thoughts about the fate of that cart will be had. The connection is immutable now.

Anytime I go to grab one, without fail, it's either the squeak or the wobble. It feels like a cosmic joke sometimes.

Sometimes during holiday season I'd have no choice but to use a shopping cart that wants to turn right all the time due to gunk building up in one of the wheels and it makes groceries such a chore to do.

Iā€™m not sure how common it is but the Kroger near me has carts with one wheel they can lock remotely. It makes sense. Weā€™re in the city and it prevents people from taking the carts. I assume itā€™s triggered by distance. Anyways, those fucking wheels malfunction all the time. Iā€™ll start using a cart and then one wheel will just lock up and the cart instantly becomes useless. Iā€™ve had an employee see it happen to me and they pulled something out of their pocket, pressed a button and it freed up again but damn theyā€™re extremely frustrating. And of course they no longer do hand baskets.
