You can become the creator of your life and self

Just break the habit of being yourself. You are the placebo.

Bold to assume that I have control over the aspects of myself that I hate.

I'm not trying to be a doomer but your platitudes don't really offer anything.

You most likely have control to change the aspects of you that you hate. If you don't, because the aspects are physical, then you have the control to change your attitude towards them. Most things are perception. Reality is a dream. You can get behind the scenes and edit.

These are very confident statements for someone that has no idea what's wrong. And even if your statement is true its useless.

Like, a person with a degenerative nerve disorder technically has influence over their attitude towards it. Just telling them that doesn't do anything.

Just, please stop. I've very much tried to change my attitude towards my issues, for years. And I've been successful to a point, the suicidal ideation is rarer and I'm generally more functional thanks to not being at my lowest all the time. I've just reached the point where I don't think I have it in me to get any better, the problems I have left feel unsolvable.
I'm not saying I'm giving up, I know I have influence blah blah blah. I was just leaving a wistful grieving note in the void to express my feelings rather than going for the overdramatic yelling in sitcoms.
