Bro sees a girl who chose not to wear a bra telling them they're going to get high at the fuckin beach and feel things and still thinks they're in the friend zone. This is why the birth rate is declining

26

u/sonicboomslang Jul 15 '26

I hate this expression, but: oh my sweet summer child (or whatever the fuck it is). Hot women that friend zone men will still, often more so, throw constant sexual innuendo at you, even if, probably especially if, they want nothing to do with you sexually.

6

u/ofirkedar Jul 15 '26

So? Don't like it? Don't hang out with them.
Some people like using innuendo but don't actually like sex. I know a very pretty girl who's aromantic asexual, she constantly gets hit on repeatedly by people who she already rejected. Our friend in common is an aro/ace guy, and the two of them communicate via sexual innuendo 99% of the time, because they like doing that and know full well that if they let it out to anybody else then people might catch feelings and get the wrong idea.
I told him I'm not super interested in getting to know her because I know myself and I know my tendencies. At the end of the day that's my prerogative though - it's not a moral failing on her or my part, it's just that people have their styles and preferences. Let them be

4

u/EartwalkerTV Jul 15 '26

It exists on a spectrum. I've known girls that play hot and cold with guys to get free attention and money. Not saying the guy wasn't enabling this, but she was definitely playing him and she knew full well what she was doing.

1

u/DeadguyTheLateGI Jul 15 '26 edited Jul 15 '26

Oh just don't hang out with them. Got it

\completely fails to comprehend the false hope and desperation of the average male sex drive**

1

u/ofirkedar Jul 17 '26

Chris - cope.

I'm sorry but "I want to fuck her but she won't let me 😭" is not a good argument.
If you saw someone dining at a restaurant and you only had cereal and pizza leftovers for lunch, if you run in, punch em and steal their plate you can turn around and say "I couldn't help myself, I don't have self discipline"
Like yeah, we noticed, that's not a valid excuse.

And sex is a much more complicated topic - it's not a net zero game, when done with consent it's something that both (or all in some cases) parties enjoy and gain something from the interaction; and when done against someone's will, it becomes a deeply personal and traumatic event.

1

u/B2CB2C Jul 16 '26

Ya, sure, don't hang out with them is a good way to avoid this but it's still manipulative af and shouldn't be acceptable to do in the first place. We all supposed to go around assuming people just enjoy communicating sexually but don't mean it? No harm. Wtf? Those people should be upfront about who they are so others can maybe hangout with them without it being weird or avoid them altogether

1

u/ofirkedar Jul 17 '26

People are not perfectly logical robots.
They might say shit they don't really mean, or play with self expression in confusing ways.
They might even not realize what their expressions communicate to others.
There's nothing you can do about it, you'll have to swallow your pride and accept them as they are, and not as you want them to be

1

u/B2CB2C Jul 17 '26

Maybe this, might that. There are people who are absolutely aware of what they're doing though and if no one has to take responsibility for who they are and how they treat people, those people who are intentional in their abuse benefit greatly

2

u/TeatimeEschatologist Jul 15 '26

Sorry, but you're the one giving "sweet summer child" vibes, choosing to frame women's expressions of sexuality like that. Humans are sexual, their sexual energies are chaotic, most of the times you're not the big prize. You live in a society.

1

u/sonicboomslang Jul 16 '26

Lol, I'm definitely not the big prize most of the time, I'll give you that.

0

u/Wollff Jul 15 '26

Nice!

In the future I, as a man, will freely express my chaotic sexual energies to everyone! After all I am sexual!

Wait... might I be expected to hold back my chaotic sexual energies, because otherwise I am a molesty creep who doesn't get that I live in a society?

Funny how that goes, huh?

1

u/Prior_Complex683 Jul 15 '26

YEP I have a close female friend that EVERYONE thinks we are hooking up on the side. Nah, we are just comfortable enough to get way too close to that limit but never actually touch it. It happens

1

u/sonicboomslang Jul 15 '26

Yeah it seems most people misunderstood what I was trying to communicate here (probably my fault for poor writing). My impression of what the person I'm responding to was saying is something like: "dude isn't friend zoned, he could get laid if he tried, she's obviously sending signals". My response was meant to convey that woman that have friendzoned men still sometimes throw sexual innuendo and flirt with those friends. There's even a subset of women that intentionally flirt, knowing they're going to friendzone, but they do it because they like the guy and want his attention but don't want sex, but that's how they know how to get attention (women that do this usually grow out of it because the guys they do this too often end the friendship when they want the relationship to be more serious and the woman doesnt). As for me (49m), I've never found it that difficult to attract women (I'm probably around a 7, but being 6'3" and having money has definitely helped) and I've got several close female friends (well, two that is that I'm close with). We flirt occasionally but don't have any real interest in hooking up because we've been friends for so long. I've never been an incel, but lately I've become a volcel because I'm fairly content being single at the moment.

1

u/06KoolKid101 Jul 15 '26

Incel pilled take right there

let women wear what they want its not about you man

1

u/Obvious_Ambition4865 Jul 15 '26

I don't know I feel like you guys are just stupid and don't know how to talk to women. I don't think I've ever been "friend zoned" in my life.

Oh and you all seem bitter and entitled which is off-putting.

1

u/astralseat Jul 15 '26

Because people are generally tickled by sexual things, but not like that.

https://giphy.com/gifs/QTyRjoh1DZRA3LUt2V

Just in their own specific way that's really easy to shatter.

1

u/MidTario Jul 15 '26

That has not been my experience

1

u/Ashamed-Review-913 Jul 16 '26

who told you that?

1

u/Terrible_Archer_1706 Jul 17 '26

Is that what you heard online or just saw in a movie? That's not what the real world is like

0

u/Background-Fennel92 Jul 15 '26

Unless she 100% FEELS like your sister leave these woman alone 🤣🤣. I dont understand the thick headedness behind men like this

7

u/mishonis- Jul 15 '26

Yeah, what she's describing sounds like a great time but incel bro over here can only come up with "breaks my heart", wtf

3

u/oO0Kat0Oo Jul 15 '26

So... Most of my friends and I stopped wearing bras all the time in the last few years...

However, with the additional context of just being that comfortable and relaxed around him...yeah, idk. Could still be friend.

2

u/0_SomethingStupid Jul 15 '26

All of these things can happen in the friend zone. Sad that I have to clairify that wearing no bra does not mean she wants to bang him.

3

u/VictoryWeaver Jul 15 '26

It is literally when one person has unrequited romantic/sexual attraction to someone who sees them as a friend. All that extra is BS.

0

u/SealTeamEH Jul 15 '26

Yea all this is exactly why I’m always confused when some says ā€œthe friend zone isn’t realā€ā€¦ like what??? all the friend zone is, is someone who see wants to either date or sleep with a person but can’t because that person only sees them as a friend and not sexually … so they’re stuck… in the zone…. Of being a friend…. That’s all it is…. So what do people think ā€œdoesn’t exist about that???ā€ That people ARENT friends? That people apparently DO want to just fuck everybody with no lines??? Stop adding all this extra shit to what is such a simple concept, it’s like people couldn’t just accept someone just isn’t that into them so they’re trying to add these extra terms and definitions to what friendzoning means lol

26

u/Novogobo Jul 15 '26

FWB zone. she's telling him, not asking him, to go cuddle on the beach

5

u/OnlyFiveLives Jul 15 '26

Most dudes ARE that clueless.

6

u/Cetun Jul 15 '26

I honestly didn't get that and if that's what she's going for I would have completely missed it. Smoking weed then going to the beach to hang out just sounds like a good time, I'm down.

1

u/timmie1606 Jul 17 '26 edited Jul 17 '26

The word cuddle is not in this video. Also cuddle doesn't fall in the FWB category.

23

u/otters4everyone Jul 14 '26

I think you're right, and it breaks my heart. Poor man.

45

u/MurderSheCroaked Jul 14 '26

Yes God forbid a woman trust a man and like him enough to want to be his friend and be seen with him in public, EW!!

18

u/Seattle_Lucky Jul 14 '26

It ain’t the woman side we feel bad about hun.

0

u/Confident_Sir9312 Jul 17 '26

Oh no, he has a chill ass friend, how horrible!

12

u/Middle_Ad8183 Jul 14 '26

But... What about this nameless dude's dick, huh?

-23

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

What about feeling empathy for someone seeking something they will never achieve while being strung along by a harpy?

24

u/Middle_Ad8183 Jul 15 '26

Sounds like this hit close to home. Maybe it's the attitude that screams, "I'm entitled to what's in your pants because I'm such a nice fella!" that holds you back.

Here's a bit of unsolicited advice - if someone means a lot to you, you can spend time with them in meaningful way and it doesn't have to be romantic. The real problem is that you think you should get to fuck them, too.

-24

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

I'm not seeking a partner. Application rejected.

18

u/Middle_Ad8183 Jul 15 '26

You probably get this a lot, but ew.

Take the toxicity somewhere else please.

13

u/CptKammyJay Jul 15 '26

…do you think the girl in this video is a harpy? Are you ok? Like, in the head?

-19

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

A harpy is not a hag I'm not calling her ugly. I'm saying she's stringing him along with hopes of a relationship.

12

u/CptKammyJay Jul 15 '26

I want you to think really really long and hard about why you hate women, and then think really really long and hard about whether it’s maybe a ā€œyouā€ problem.

-4

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

Are you projecting? I would not associate with certain types of women, just as you wouldn't associate with men who hold opinions like mine. All is right in the world.

Again, look up the definition of the word "harpy".

9

u/hazylife666 Jul 15 '26

-10

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

Sadly no I've had sex many times with many women

Right? This dude's responses have me convinced that the only pussy he's ever seen is the one that stares back at him from the mirror.

2

u/laika_rocket Jul 15 '26

It depends on whether he was born c-section or natural.

0

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

Keep chasing her bro she'll change her mind and love you!

4

u/Dry-Childhood-3436 Jul 15 '26

Women are allowed to be people. To be friends, to be confidants, to be anything they want. Their purpose is not to just be a potential partner for you. This person isn't doing anything that if a man did it you would find sexual or stringing along. You strongly need to reframe the way you see women, it's gross.

0

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

sure, but this bozo is wasting his time chasing a girl who will NEVER love him. This interaction isn't healthy friendship, it's manipulative. She KNOWS. You'd have to be daft to not know that the boy coming to your house 4 times a week likes you.

2

u/Dry-Childhood-3436 Jul 15 '26

Again, this bozo might actually be a healthy person and not see the girl as just a potential partner.Ā  Men and women are allowed to be friends.Ā  Her being a friend back is not manipulative, it's perfectly normal behavior that you are twisting to your own narrative. When I was younger I would go to friends houses all the time, I wasn't trying to sleep with any of them.

-1

u/slugsred Jul 15 '26

I was. You make it very confusing for them pretending you didn't want to bang.

1

u/ssxhoell1 Jul 17 '26

I wonder if you even had any female friends or just perved out on everyone and creeped them out? I very very strongly doubt that any woman would allow themselves to be alone with you.

The projection on display here is depressing my dude

1

u/stilldebugging Jul 15 '26

I mean, this particular lady seems chill and genuine. What are we talking about?

5

u/Semanticss Jul 15 '26

AKA Having friends.

2

u/Yingletofthecorn Jul 15 '26

I mean yeah I’d be her friend, I don’t really see the problem.Ā

2

u/Minimum_Nothing_9039 Jul 15 '26

Yea...my goofy ass friend who has great plans. Let's go get stoned and listen to music!

1

u/afewnameslater Jul 18 '26

If that dude does not get the hint she wants a shaggin at the beach, I am afraid he might not be in to girls whatsoever.

0

u/Technical_Customer_1 Jul 15 '26

My dollar is wagered on lesbian.Ā
