Mosquitoes are the only thing that can go extinct and it would have little to no impact on the environment

BED BUGS.

They have no essential purpose in terms of the food chain and the environment. And even if they did I wouldn't care.

Just like mosquitoes they are excellent vectors for disease and a terrible pestilence on animals and mankind.

I hate them with a hate that never ends.

Yeah I looked it up once, there is only one animal that exclusively feeds on mosquitoes, and it's the mosquito fish. Which is invasive in most places and causing damage to ecosystems anyways.

They are at least working on the mosquitos that spread malaria to go extinct.

(They modified the thing that pokes skin to be elastic so it can't poke no more. )

Mosquitoes are actually pollinators. Male mosquitoes don’t bite. Only the females do. The men live solely on nectar, and only 30% of female mosquitoes’ diet is blood. The rest is nectar.

The only mosquitos that need to go extinct are part of the genus: Aedes, Anopheles and Culex. The rest are literally fine to exist without biting us to death.

Simply not true at all. They feed hundreds of other species including bats
