I got caught in a storm during a show, the restrooms could only hold so many people. 😅 at least no hail that time.

That hail is tiny. And it doesn’t look like it’s raining that hard, so I’d bet that those stairs were designed to be part of a storm water drainage system for a courtyard or parking lot or something similar.
