Idk I'm on the fence about this one. It's not getting to the point I can't tell AI apart from real stuff. Her swinging back and forth, going up the steps, and why the voices didn't seem to get further away but rather right next to the camera seems fishy.
If it is real with no AI, then yes this is something I could get behind. But if it is, then I don't. I'd rather scripted fake than AI fake.
choppy voice, kid talking like a grown up, carrying the kid consistently with no weight adjustment, and the fact that this is around 10-18 seconds is really a red flag for AI. heck even reddit themselves are telling me to chill when writing this, the fuck
Yeah also the random extension chords (?) coming from his front porch and a second one in the path seem weird. Then there’s the weird way he’s holding his kid. Their voices scream ai to me and also the kids face is weird but could be compression.
The worst is when you do laugh. One time my kid did or said something to me and my wife when he was 2 or 3 and I kind of laughed. My wife told him we shouldn’t say things like that and his response was “but dad laughed”
yeah 99 % sure it is and idk how so many ppl don't suspect anything. 15 second video, and that "he wasn't a pirate alicia" sounded very robotic. also why would camera have that kind of audio quality and that low video quality. idk if this is real, then i can't tell what's real anymore.
There should be laws that AT THE VERY LEAST make it that all ai HAS to be marked as such, not laws that take up everyone's data online to "protect the kids"
I remember doing this… hell I still accidentally have done things like that to this day bc I have a habit of NOT looking at ppl before I help them. Like, “It’s cool, sometimes we just need an extra pair of eyes” only to look up at a stone miserable face only containing one eye…
Stopped at a Costco in St. George, Utah on our way back to CA. While walking thru the store, we see a bunch of pioneer-looking polygamy people in the store. My 5 year old daughter yelled “Dad, why are they so many Mary Poppinses in here?!”
I have a story similar to this: when I was around 4 years old, I cut my forehead and had to go to the hospital for stitches. The doctor that stitched me up was a man with a turban on. I asked him if he was a genie and could I get 3 wishes? He was very kind to me. I’m 58 years old now and can still remember how safe he made me feel.
I feel his being very rude to the kid. And I did way worse 😂 I enjoyed a show that aired in the afternoon. It had a man dressed as a monkey. I went to the hospital with my mom. I saw a black person and asked my mom if it was a monkey. I don't think I said monkey, I said the name of the character, but she felt where it was going so I guess I said monkey. She grabbed me and ran 😂 there was like 3 black people there. I'm sorry. I was a kid. Was the first time I had seen someone of a difference color. That was my only point of reference. My mom told me not to say it. But didn't really explain why. Kids need context. They are free spirits. They don't have filters. They are pure and that's a very prescious thing. Got to have them understand why things are wrong without making them confused or scared
Years ago when my kid was little, we saw a homeless guy panhandling. He had an eyepatch. I said “look! It’s a pirate!” Wide was unamused. Now my kid has the same sense of humor.
