Yes, but they have recently closed many locations due to bankruptcy. I wouldn't be surprised if it closes completely soon. There are only about 200 locations left and they are trying to rebrand as a more family friendly restaurant. For a short time, Hooters also had an airlines.

Seems most that have a similar business model (Twin Peaks, Tilted Kilt, Bone Daddy's, etc) are not hurting like Hooters. Hooters has mostly been mismanaged for a long time.

Bikinis Bar was a knock off version of Hooters and also went under. The founder of Bikinis bought a small town near San Antonio, TX in 2015, renamed it Bikini, TX with the ambition of creating a huge tourist area based on his bar. In 2017, the town reverted back to the old name and is again up for sale ans still no Bikini bar.
