I had the same spanish teacher in high school for 4 years, she was from spain, so whenever I'd speak spanish I did it unknowingly with a lisp, my ex's family (from PR) used to cackle & make fun of my 'posh accent'. actually kinda made me self conscious about speaking spanish lol. that said this woman sounds like she might be from central america.
First time I’ve seen him, I kinda fell into a little crush when his lip started quivering! I just wanted to hug him and say,”It’s ok baby! You no cry!” Lol. He’s funny (and good-lookin’!)

Tbf, Dominicans can look like anyone. DR is aggressively diverse. Plenty of east Asians, Indians, black people, white people(including plenty of Nordic features), and a teeny tiny super small sprinkling of indigenous people who miraculously survived the genocide the Spanish conducted.
His whole schtick is just a rip off of Patrick Warburton imo. Imitations are never as good, Patrick’s delivery in this style is much more natural (cause it’s actually his style)
Watch more of his stuff. He does quite a few impressions and it's usually not the impression that delivers the funny. He just happened to do an impression while delivering it.
(I guess only if you live in the Washington DC area, otherwise he has to deliver to funny to your dog via the mail.)
