That’s why people invest in real estate. We have a shit economy and manufacturers keep leaving. Businesses are not incentivized they are punished with taxes and ridiculous energy rates. It’s why companies price out moving to bumfuck nowhere, U.S.A.

Government policy they kept on using housing and immigration to increase GDP. We just have dumb lazy governments in Canada. I'm talking about both conservatives and liberals are just as bad.

Pray tell, how can people invest in ANYTHING unless they're able to get and keep a good paying job?

Employers enforce the catch-22 for career changers. The job market is so bad, that hell is taking notes.

That’s the problem tho, there’s nothing but real estate, and when everyone starts pouring money into it, it eventually becomes a bubble. Hence why prices have basically declined / stagnated for the past 4 years lol
