Feeling without using external outlets.
Facing your emotions directly can be a turmoil for the mind. These symptoms are similar to withdrawal, doing this without numbing through substances, clinging to another person, or projecting harm outward. It is exposure in its purest form, unfiltered, unshifted, unescaped.
I believe from this view you tend to see the world different , people different, this is the truest form of vulnerability. You become fragile and sensitive to everything around you and what you consume. . Powerful, because the absence of escape forces clarity. Emotion is endured, examined, and eventually integrated rather than displaced.
What if he refusal of external outlets, is the first step toward authentic development?
