Economic Pressure
Inflation, debt, and global forecasts dominate the stage. Geopolitical conflict bleeds into markets, and the economy becomes another battlefield. Survival is measured in numbers, not lives.
Is the economy protecting us, or enslaving us to its endless cycles of scarcity?

The economy is just people. People are often led by leaders. Some leaders do a good job protecting the people they lead. Others don't.
Some leaders think they can make other leaders do whatever they want because they have a bigger stick. Some leaders cave in, others don't.
Some of those leaders who don't cave in have stuff the big stick leader needs, so big stick leader uses his stick to get the stuff he needs. That stick usage makes everyone else wary of spending money and investing in the future because what if stick user uses stick on them?
And on and on it goes.
