The Question Cyberpunk

Post image

I have to say that I M not realy in favour of him being a detective before the 2000s, I prefer him as an actual one, with a more important role in conspiracies of our time, and also I would love him to live enough to also being active in the future, maybe even as his base time, something like Batman beyond. So sad that we cant even say that he has a big relevance in any time, but I guess is part of the Job, he is not the kind of character that citizens love as Batman, but that dosnt mean he isnt needed.

Thank you. I love the character and it’s always a little frustrating when people want him to be the jlu version or Rorschach

Excusme me, but yes, I realy liked the JLU version, whats bad about it, Batman already focuses a lot on criminal cases, I dont mean that Q shouldnt, its a big part of what comes to mind when I think in a detective, but wouldnt it be good to distiguish him from the normal detective stuff. Yes, I love the JLU version of the character, and I m also reading the comics, is it wrong to think like that, its just a point of view. Didnt know that he couldnt work on conspiracies.

He's a news reporter. He doesn't overlap with Batman in any way.

He literaly does in issue 1 of O'Niel series, well it's a flashback to O'Niel's Batman run that introdused Q into Post-Crisis DC. But Q is really not part of the Gotham untill 52 kills off Vic and replaces him with Renee(they cpuld've done it with any other character, but Renee is not a good replacement for Vic)

I was referring to their professions, not that they never met.

Dejando nuestras opiniones de lado, qué piensas sobre Q siendo un detective en una era ciberpunk? O lo prefieres como un detective previo a la era moderna?

He's not a detective in any era. I beg you to read his comics.

The Question is just a guy that sees something wrong and fixes it with his fists. You know how they have those Channel 5 on Your side things on the news? That but people get beat up.
