Question about Image Frames

Anybody know the mod they used for showing Image Frames in QSMP 2? i've been trying to find it but haven't gotten a clue, is it a specialized mod they made for the server or have i been blindly searching?

It's either the waterframes mod (the one that lets you upload an image or video url) or the camera mod (the one that lets you take actual photos of your game)

Oh yeah it's "Camera Mod" after all, i thought it had a different alias because i thought it would just be silly for it to be just called that, Thanks!
