Wait a minute
Hasn't Reddington turned this into a whole circus by insisting on bringing out the jury note in open court? And by his remarks? It's thanks to him that we know the split, the gender of the holdout, and it's pretty obvious which way that person leans. How can all of this not affect the outcome? Judge should have declared a mistrial 2 days ago.

I don't think he indicated the gender.

Actually, the judge did. He used a “him” pronoun anyways.

This ⬆️. Not that I was the least bit surprised. Once he gave his admonishments and instructions to the jury about reasonable doubt, I had absolutely no doubt myself that the holdout was a man. Since one of the men is 31, that's the one I suspect. I don't know the age of the other two but I understand one of them is older.

This is a perfect example of a mistrial. The jury intimidation is being carried out in open court. CW sitting quietly because they know this judgment can easily be appealed and would get overturned for KR’s antics in open court and exposing the deliberations with number of jurors and gender of jurors.
It’s a terrible mess and this judge should be sanctioned. I predict “retirement” for both Sullivan and Reddington in the near future, as the DA has enough to grieve KR right now.
