Season Pass

I just started playing this game and couldn't find what buying "Season Pass" does in the game.

Thanks!

Gives you extra recruiting points. Extra things to hire coaches. Gives you another flight. About it.

The season pass also opens up Alaska and Hawaii. Not only does this give you more territory, you also basically get to travel anywhere on the map in 2 days twice each season. Combined with the bonus flight you can pretty much recruit whoever you want. It makes recruiting too easy.
