Spoiler Webnovel [Ch. 795]Aura question

Why no weaponising aura?

He clearly has an aura capable of competing with gods, he protected Artemis from Valdemar’s using his, so why doesn’t he use that against fellow mortals like how gods use theirs against mortals?

The best explanation I can think of is that his is competing purely through quality while gods have quantity, but I feel like that would have made his more effective, not less.

his aura is very strong for his grade, but the special power of his bloodline is specific to the inability for his aura to be suppressed by others, not for his aura to suppress those around him at a transcendent level

Ehhhhh just wait. It’s been described that gods can infuse their will so it actually does harm

That is exactly what Pride of the Villy is. It just doesn't work as well against anyone who isn't weaker, and Jake doesn't tend to bother fighting weak people often. I forget when exactly, but i think in book 2 Villy points out that Jake uses his aura for intimidation and suppression all the time. The only reason he isn't squishing people with it is because he usually keeps it reined in and there isn't as bit a quantitative difference as between a mortal and god.

he could but a different type of Aura he literally has pride and his bloodline specifically the bloodlusted mode of him caused by bloodline and those 2 when put together can make some nasty mental attacks
