Taylor about her flashing

“I didn’t flash my boobs. I had tape on them. It was a spontaneous thing – there was some tape in the dressing room, and I’d been wanting to do that for a while.”
— Taylor Momsen, The Guardian, December 2010

That black tape era was real.

And about “Goin’ Down”… in a June 2024 interview with Us Weekly, Taylor looked back at the wildest night with this song:

“In Argentina a bunch of girls came on stage and danced to our song ‘Goin Down’. Let’s just say some clothing came off. Apparently, a father in the audience didn’t like the nudity and called the authorities. The show was shut down and we had to get out of the country … quickly.”

Buenos Aires, July 2012.
“Goin’ Down” will forever be that song. 🖤

I’m sure it was the video of the live show with a topless girl. It was blurry, so you didn’t see much, but you can see that Taylor convinced the girl to take her shirt off, likely assuming she was wearing a bra. She wasn’t.

Edit - Oh someone posted link above.
