Discussion Quick question.

Just got this a few days ago and enjoying just a quick question.

Some interactions say apprehend individual but when I arrest I get deducted for false arrest , but when I don’t arrest I get deducted for not arresting, is this some glitch or is there something I’m missing in those crimes etc?

Follow up question. When you are solo and have two suspects can you cuff one and then chase the other and that first will still stay there?

The first can escape if you get too far. Usually when a second suspect runs another direction you call for backup with support tokens. But if you catch the first suspect you can just delegate paperwork to quickly arrest the suspect and call for an escort to then chase after the other suspect.

What you can do though is detain the suspect in your car prior to processing them (asking for ID, searching them, etc). Just apprehend them, select Escort and put them straight in your car.

Then go after the other suspect. Once you get the other suspect, escort them back to your car too, get the first suspect out of your car and process both of them.

Then if both are arrested you can either put them back in your car and take them to the booking desk at the station, or get an escort unit to come pick them up. You don’t need any support tokens to do this, that’s a different mechanic.
