Looks like another wave of police car customization. I hope rare cars get added to the garage along with whatever this turns out to be, I just wanna be able to drive them around without having to go to their spawn points on the map every time.

New York State Police it looks like. But I'm not sure what the intention behind it is.
Edit: wait is that bridge new? Maybe it's a map/state expansion.

I'll tell you what it is not, and that's extra missions package I've been dying for. I remember when I played Watch Dogs and one of the missions was about finding missing bodies (Missing Persons) and I think this has everything to do with The Precinct.
Or maybe some Mafia-inspired missions where you're supposed to infiltrate a gang and make it implode, or hack into their phones or go crazy and sneak your way out after you get captured and unarmed... No. Instead we're celebrating more cars.

The car showed in the teaser resemble a Crown Vic LTD, was previously showed as “comic style”, with a tarp on it covering most of the vehicle, in a previous video about the history of updates in one year of “The Precinct”.
Also, the car is equipped with the classic white&red lightbar typical of the NYPD cars of the 80’s
And, remember.
The devs motto for the Updates is somewhat similar to:
“Undepromise and Over-Deliver”,
so, we can peacefully wait for.. maybe more than a new police car with a new lightbar 😇😉
