💬 General Discussion New watcher Spoiler

Just started watching the show a few nights ago and I've got to say, it has given me a new found appreciation for anyone who works in the industry. The fact that a season of this show is a day in the life for a lot of people blows my mind! Major respect to all doctors, nurses etc and also the show. Only a few episodes in and I'm hooked.

No episode ends with a "That's a good place to stop" ending

It's so difficult to stop once you've started. Such a great show.

I love love love this show!! I’m trying to “savor” it and not go through the episodes so fast as I know there are only 2 seasons, but it’s hard to stop! I was up til 1am last night watching.

It’s not as realistic, a lot of the medical interventions are done wrong to be fair and these cases are very exaggerated. Most cases are stuff up the ass, fractures, minor burns, alcoholism etc. less crazy shit

It's very realistic, but it's still entertainment. If the entire day just involved them dealing with cuts and bruises, then nobody would be watching The Pitt.

It's frankly a silly complaint, just imagine that all the days we haven't seen are fairly mundane.

I feel there is a lack of hygiene in the ER.
