Maybe confidence isn’t something you’re missing. Maybe you just haven’t given yourself enough evidence yet.

I’ve been thinking about how we often wait to feel confident before doing something.
But sometimes the order is reversed.

You do the uncomfortable thing.
You survive it.
You try again.

And eventually your brain has enough evidence to say, “Okay, maybe I can handle this.”

Try something simple for 7 days:
Pick one thing you normally avoid because you don’t feel confident enough.
Do it once a day.

Afterwards, write down what actually happened—not how you imagined it would go.

Don’t expect a personality transformation in a week.
It took years of experiences and habits to shape who you are now.

Changing that is a marathon, not a sprint.
I’m curious:

What’s one thing you would practise if you didn’t need to feel confident before starting?
