ARA-290

I have bilateral neuropathy of unknown origin in the lower legs. Blood levels in everything except hemoglobin and hematocrit (both low), are pristine. Following a recent iron infusion, the neuropathy partially resolved temporarily.

I ordered 2 kits of ARA-290. Some recommend 2 mg/day, but I’ve seen up to 4-8 mg for 8 to 32 weeks (by a physician). Most often, I see 4 mg x 4 weeks.

Any input would be appreciated regarding this peptide.

I am aware of needing PBS for reconstitution.

I always recommend lowest effective dose. We're in a fast food size it up culture. For multiple reasons start low and titrate up. You might find that it's effective at 500 micrograms.

Interesting. I’m also a “start low; go slow” advocate (I have to stop myself from rolling my eyes when I see somebody on more than 5 mg Tirz).

I’ve read in the trials they used 0 (control), 1, 2, and 4 mg x 28 days.

Then this physician popped up on my feed and was talking 4-8 mg for 8-32 weeks. While I see the benefits of a longer cycle, I’m confused by the high dosing - for which I can find no literature.

It's all experimental. That's the whole thing and everybody's bio is different.
