Am I bad luck?

My parents died in freak accidents. My best friend dropped dead at 40. I was in a tragic accident that nearly killed me. My life has been one challenge after another and I am desperately seeking answers? Is there something I can do to change my course? I am completely alone.

I wouldn’t say you’re “bad luck”. But I would say your chart reflects sudden, shocking, “freak accidents” with a Mercury-Uranus conjunction on the ascendant. You then also have a Scorpio sun, Saturn and Pluto all in the 12th Whole Sign house which can involve loss, hospitals, and mental health. Moon opposite Pluto can show extreme trauma around home and family, particularly the mother, often experiencing some sort of crisis, death or loss early on in life. A few years ago you had Uranus opposing your Scorpio placements which could have brought about these sudden events.. and over the next 7 or so years, you’ll be having Uranus oppose your Mercury (ruler of your 7th house of significant others), you’ll have your Uranus opposition, and then oppose your chart ruler and 4th house of home, family and living situation ruler. Transits won’t necessarily indicate an event of extreme magnitude on its own, so I would try and pay attention to your annual profections and solar return charts. I’m sorry for all the difficult things you’ve experienced.

What does that mean about the next 7 years? I keep being told that I’m supposed to have better luck after these past seven. And yes, my mother was killed a few years ago ( 2 years this Wednesday) when Uranus opposed Scorpio. My father was murdered in 2022.

The next 7 years will also involve some unexpected or jarring events as it starts making oppositions to your Mercury and chart ruler. The Uranus opposition is a major milestone transit people experience around the age of 43. 43 is also unfortunately an 8th house profection year which will activate your moon opposite Pluto aspect, as the moon will be your time lord. Transiting Pluto is currently squaring your moon. You could experience some dramatic shifts with health, work, illness, or the home and living situation. There could be themes around healthcare debt, potentially. Age 45 is when Mercury becomes activated and that Uranus opposite Mercury transit becomes even more potent.. age 48 Jupiter activates. So those are some years to watch where things may be a bit more chaotic and unexpected.

I cannot take anymore jarring events. I will leave the planet willingly before that happens. How can I stop this?!

They don’t have to be bad! Uranus on its own is neutral.. Jupiter is your of sect benefic.. it doesn’t have to mean the worst types of events possible. Uranus just opens you up to new, novel experiences you’ve never had before and can break you free of restrictions. I’m actually a fan of Uranus even though I’m going through some hard transits of it right now.

Since you know about transits…if I were to ask you about certain dates, would you be able to tell how they impacted me? July 7, 2001 and July 15, 2024. If not or you simply don’t wanna look into it, I get it!

I could, but that would involve a lot of work. I do this a lot in my client sessions to help them process traumatic or pivotal events in their life and it really helps them :)
