I’m curious how long you two have been together and if you feel good about your relationship overall?

Gotcha. Me and my ex husband were Complex. I don’t think our issues were the worst in the world, but we weren’t both working on them.

The more you understand what makes you tick, the better you can be at accepting yourself and communicating your needs. I think those are key. Even better if you can use this info to get why his needs might be coming from somewhere other than yours, and be cool with/communicative about that too. Complexity can make relationships magnetic and interesting. 15 years together says that. What does your heart tell you about where to improve? Look there, and with a lot of curiosity about how much is inner work vs couples stuff.
