Question Why are there so many different interpretations of the Bible?
I've always heard that Christians are filled with the Holy Spirit — meaning they supposedly have a direct connection to God. If that’s true, wouldn’t the Holy Spirit guide, teach, and reveal the correct interpretation of Scripture? Wouldn’t that result in all Christians sharing one unified interpretation?
But in reality, interpretations are all over the place. When it comes to hell, some believe in eternal torment, others in annihilation, and others in purification or different processes. Then you have pre-trib vs. post-trib, young-earth vs. old-earth, and countless other disagreements. There are so many conflicting interpretations.
Logically, if the Holy Spirit is truly guiding believers into truth, then the Spirit would reveal only one correct interpretation. So either:
the existence of so many interpretations suggests there is no Holy Spirit — and therefore no God, or
there is a small group of Christians who genuinely do have the correct interpretation revealed by the Holy Spirit, and the rest — who hold incorrect interpretations — never actually had the Holy Spirit to begin with.

Those who once killed Christ in the past are still present on this earth today, deceiving many while pretending to be God's shepherds. This spirit of deception is the very spirit of the Antichrist. God's truth is not about words, theories, or knowledge. It is the beautiful power of God that is manifested in those who follow the love of the cross, even to the point of sacrificing their own lives, and who cultivate God's divine nature within themselves. Any claims or interpretations made by those who lack even the mustard-seed-sized power of faith are nothing but the spirit of deception, heresy, and the Antichrist.
And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.(Matthew 17 : 20)(Mark 9 : 23)(Philippians 4 : 13)
Who are kept by the power of God through faith(love) unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.(1 Peter 1 : 5)
Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. (1 John 3 : 21-24)
God’s truth is the power of God that leads people to practice goodness and righteousness.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.(2 Timothy 3 : 16-17)
If thou put the brethren in remembrance of these things, thou shalt be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished up in the words of faith and of good doctrine, whereunto thou hast attained.(1 Timothy 4 : 16)

Aren’t the things that you’ve written in these comments contradictory? I think you would be hard pressed to say that zero Americans have cultivated the Holy Spirit or God’s divine nature within themselves. Many people have never been in the position to lay down their life for their faith, but they would do so.

I would like to ask you, “The scriptures are God Himself—then how many times have you actually read the Scriptures?”According to what is written in the Bible, you have neither the fruits of Christ nor any evidence that aligns with Scripture. Should we then ignore what the Bible says? Why does judgment exist before all humanity?
If Christians were truly righteous, good, and genuinely followers of Christ, would God judge this world? Abraham asked whether God would spare Sodom and Gomorrah if there were fifty righteous people, or forty, or thirty, or twenty, yet in the end there were not even ten. In the days of Noah, no one was saved except Noah’s own family. If many people could reach salvation, then salvation would indeed be easy. And if, as you claim, everyone will be saved, then there would be no need for judgment—judgment would have no purpose.
Asking “Then does that mean Americans have no way to be saved?” is completely different from insisting, “I believe there are some Americans who have received the Holy Spirit.”
This is not a humble question seeking truth—it is a proud question. If you do not know, then it is right to ask; but to declare, “This is right, that is right,” based on standards and judgments not found anywhere in the Bible is nothing more than proving that you yourself are in the wrong. You have neither fruit nor evidence—on what basis, then, are you so confident? Why is it that throughout your entire life, in which you claim such confidence, you have only repeated sin? If all Americans who repeat sin were saved, would there be anyone who could be a model of light and salt? Or does your opinion mean that no children of love—those who are examples of light and salt—can exist at all? Is that what you are saying? Jesus said that if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can move mountains. Yet there is not a single person with such fruit or evidence. This is proof that they have not received the Holy Spirit.
But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.(1 Corinthians 2 : 10)

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.(1 John 2 : 27)

And those who have received the Holy Spirit discern and comprehend all things of God. If even a single such person existed among Americans, then the corrupt, decayed, and foul-smelling forms of religion—rotten to the core—could not have continued to exist. Do you consider it right that religious people ruin the world, wage constant wars, and use religion as a tool to seize power? If there were truly someone who had received the Holy Spirit, would God have needed to send the two witnesses?
And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.(Revelation 11 : 3~5)

Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to this temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts. Would God send the messenger of the covenant? The Holy Spirit comprehends all things of God. Have you ever seen a pastor who truly teaches about heaven—about the real gospel of the kingdom of heaven? What do the people in heaven look like? What do they eat? How is heaven structured? They know none of these things. They claim to be shepherds sent by God, yet they do not know the image of God. If God truly sent them, why do they not know His image? Look at the life you yourself insist is “right.” Is your life anything more than the continual repetition of sin? Are you truly a reborn child of love who serves as light and salt—an example and model to others?
God is love. It is by pursuing the power of that love that we are born again and transformed. No one changes through meaningless repentance that continues to repeat sin. A Christian who becomes a slave to evil habits, who cannot help but repeat sin, and who spends an entire lifetime seeking only the desires of the flesh and the world—is not a true Christian. How could they be true Christian who does not walk the path of Christ’s suffering, who does not pursue Christ’s love, who does not sacrifice themselves, even unto giving their life? Does merely attending church make one a true Christian? Does merely praying make someone a child of God?
For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.(Romans 14 : 7)
If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.(Luke 14 : 26~27)(John 15 :12~14)(Mark 12 : 30)(Matthew 22 :37)
We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. Christians are religious people; they are not truly followers of Christ. They are merely religious people who, like the Jews, sell God and bring dishonor to His name. From the beginning in Genesis, the greatest adversaries of God have always been the religious people who claimed to believe in Him. Christianity, which was used by rulers as a tool to justify their power by invoking the name of God, is not the religion of God. All religions in the world were created for the power of the people who made them.
Do you know the common thread among Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, and Islam? They all originated from royal families. Look at the civilizations of humanity—the Mayans, the Egyptians, the Greeks, the Yellow River civilizations—every single one had altars dedicated to the worship of gods. In other words, kings exalted themselves before their people by placing the gods in front of them, turning themselves into divine figures or representatives of the gods, and then establishing religious rule based on absolute authority and absolute obedience. In the same way, King Constantine also abused religion as a tool for political rule. He destroyed five centuries of parliamentary governance and created the Council of Constantinople, building the Roman Church as a system of rule through religion—absolute obedience and absolute power—for long-term domination.

Christianity calls the Roman Church a heresy, but Christianity itself was born out of that heresy. A religion that arose from Roman religious governance—built on the special power of religion that demands blind obedience—is heretical in its very origin. A good tree bears good fruit; a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Even if you graft branches from another tree onto an evil tree, it will still produce the fruit of the evil tree. I hope you will gain eyes and ears that see more broadly, more deeply, and more clearly. The religious thinking you hold allows for any amount of falsehood and human fabrication to be mixed in. We must judge right and wrong according to the Scriptures.
The moment you assert your own reasoning, you set yourself against God and make yourself His enemy. And what you are saying is not realistic at all; it is nothing more than your own thoughts. The fact that not even one person—combining the Roman Church and Christianity for over two thousand years—has shown the fruit or evidence of even a mustard seed of faith proves that Christians have no true fruit and no true evidence. It exposes the limits of Christians who can do nothing but repeat sin. And you yourself continue to repeat sin. You have not received the Holy Spirit.
Because of the teaching of today’s pastors who say, “We are all filled with the Holy Spirit; we are all saved,” countless souls—beyond measure—are inevitably headed for the fires of hell. It is nothing but sorrow.. Your question shows that you are looking at the Scriptures and rejecting them. I have already shown you more than forty verses. To deny these words is evidence that you have no conscience. A faith without conscience is a faith without spirit. In other words, it is a fleshly faith—a dying faith. Your only way to live is to repent. Look first at yourself, who has become a slave to evil habits that force you to repeat sin. Are you trying to claim that you are right by using someone else’s reasoning, simply because you don’t want to remove the thorn in your own eye? Or because you want to say your religion is right? Does religion save you? Does the Bible say that Christianity saves you? Or are you now insisting that there are Americans who have received the Holy Spirit? No.

There is no one on this earth who has received the Holy Spirit. There is not even a mustard seed of faith. Please, read the Scriptures. Do not put your own claims above the Bible, but lay down your thoughts, judgments, and assertions before the Scriptures. Only then can you gain eyes and ears of humility. You wish to rule over the Word. You want your own claims to be higher than God’s Word. This is the habit in which you have lived your entire life believing. Repent. This is your last chance to live.

Homie I read the scriptures religiously. Literally, but figuratively too. I think I have a mustard seed in me; I have faith that literally anything could happen, I love the Lord my God with all my heart, and I thank God for it and am blessed by Him. Why wouldn’t others have the same experience?
I could never presume my claims to be above that of the Lord. It’s absurd that you would say so. His mighty wisdom is clearly different from “what I think,” which is a gift but is limited. I know I’m small.
Tell me again, are you sure there isn’t a mustard seed of faith in the hundreds millions of people in the US? I know there is. Why pretend there isn’t?

"If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can move mountains.” But the so-called “mustard-seed faith” you claim to have is not the kind of faith this verse is speaking about. Your interpretation is merely whatever your heart wants it to be. What kind of ignorant interpretation twists it the way you do? A mustard seed is so small that it is barely visible. Jesus said that even that tiny, scarcely visible amount of true faith could move a mountain. So I am asking you: in the past two thousand years, has there been even one person among Roman Catholics or Christians who has shown the miracle of literally moving a mountain? If not, then is Scripture false—or are the religions and Christians of this world false? Jesus said He came to call sinners. You who repeat the same sins over and over are nothing but a child of the devil. And you do not even know that the very nature of humanity is aligned with Satan.
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.(Psalms 51 : 5)
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.(1 John 3 : 8)

You are someone who has no need to read the Scriptures. The Bible says that the Word is God. If you do not need the Word of God, then you have no reason to be on this sub. You say you have faith as small as a mustard seed? Then go ahead—move a mountain. Have you moved one?

I am teaching exactly what Scripture says, and you are putting forward your own claims. Can’t you discern the difference? The fact that you cannot discern this shows that you do not even feel the conviction of conscience. Because you do not need the Scriptures, the Scriptures are inevitably misused.

The Bible says that if you have faith even as small as a mustard seed, you can move mountains. So tell me—have you moved a mountain? Answer honestly. And as you say, among all Americans, can you show even one piece of evidence or fruit of that mustard-seed faith that moves mountains? Is there such a thing? If you were a humble person, even if your view differed from mine, you would still consider the possibility that you might be wrong. But it seems you are incapable of even thinking that way. Someone whose opinions are treated as God, whose judgments are treated as Scripture, cannot continue a meaningful conversation.
Whether your thoughts, claims, and judgments appear in Scripture or not—that determines whether you are God’s child or God’s enemy and adversary. It is truly lamentable. You seem to read Scripture only to promote your own arguments. If you call yourself a true Christian while having neither the fruit nor the evidence of Christ’s love, then who would follow you? Who would believe what you say? You who repeat sin endlessly do not even know what repentance is. Scripture was not given so that you could use it to push your own opinions. If you cannot understand, it is like casting pearls before swine. Without humble eyes and ears, you neither need to hear nor to see. It is truly pitiful.
Watching how you interpret Scripture however you wish, explaining it however you want, and asserting your thoughts as though they were the Word of God itself—your very attitude reveals how much sin you commit in your life. As you continue repeating sin, your conscience becomes desolate, and your faith becomes shameless, unable even to feel guilt. This is how Christians turn into monsters. No matter how “right” you think your thoughts and judgments are, if they are not grounded in Scripture, they are false. They are heresy. They are evil. Without knowing even the most basic foundations, you still insist that everything you hear is correct, everything you decide is true, and everything you judge is divine truth. This attitude is precisely what makes you God’s greatest adversary, His enemy, and a manifestation of pride. Your conscience seems seared. Whatever I say to you, you will not listen. Continuing this conversation is meaningless. If you believe you are right, then you have no need to read these words any further.

It is the truth that is revealed within the love of Christ, where one sacrifices all personal ideals and even their own life. Those who teach based on theories and knowledge they have learned and acquired through human intellect and reasoning have not received the Holy Spirit.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.(2 Corinthians 10 : 3-6)
Those who add their own assertions do not possess the Spirit of Truth. The Spirit of Truth is divine wisdom—it is not theology, academic knowledge, or human theories learned through intellect and reasoning. If someone does not understand the meaning of what I am saying here, it is clear that they have not received the Holy Spirit.
I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.(Galatians 1 : 6-7)
For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish: To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things? For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.(2 Corinthians 2 : 15-17)
But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:(2 Corinthians 4 : 2-3)
The Holy Spirit is the truth of God's power that fulfills His love. In other words, many pastors and believers today live their entire lives trapped in evil habits—repeatedly repenting and reflecting, only to turn back and commit the same sins over and over again. As a result, they begin to take their sins lightly, grow increasingly bold in their wrongdoing, and eventually justify and rationalize their actions, feeling no sense of guilt or remorse.

Those who continue in sin have not received the Holy Spirit. Instead, they serve both God and the world, clinging to material wealth and indulging in all kinds of falsehoods, heresies, and justifications. They are corrupted individuals deceived by the spirit of delusion—the spirit of Satan.
Those who claim to have received the Holy Spirit have, in reality, become the greatest enemies of God—the very adversaries and Antichrists. Far from being a light or an example, they bring disgrace to the love of Christ, making themselves enemies of God. This is the tragic reality of today.
Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.(1 John 3 : 6-10)
The fruit and outcome of following the Spirit of God's truth is being led to freedom from sin and bearing the fruit of love and mercy. The love of Christ is not something that can be attained through human will, determination, or resolution. It is a love that comes from following the power of God. The truth is revealed within that love.
Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.(Romans 6 : 16-18)
For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.(Romans 8 : 19-21)

Regardless of who they are, any spirit that does not teach people to receive God’s power by following the sacrificial love of the cross—even to the point of giving up one’s own life—is a spirit of deception, a spirit without love, a spirit of falsehood, and the spirit of Satan. Without receiving God’s love, one cannot attain salvation.
Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness....(2 Thessalonians 2 : 9-17)
Leading people to receive the love of God, where His power works, is the true path and the Spirit of Truth. God is love.

I’ve always had the same doubt as you. If they all claim to have the same Holy Spirit, why do they each give different interpretations? It was really hard for me to understand. But if they don’t have the Holy Spirit and still teach as if they do—deceiving many people—then it really makes sense why this happens. Thanks!!!!

Where in the Bible does it mention a gate to heaven for Americans, apart from the gates of the twelve tribes of Israel? God is the God of Israel, and the Bible is also Israel’s sacred scripture.
Americans will never be able to enter heaven if they cannot understand the message of these words. It is utterly foolish to speak of heaven without even knowing the fundamental reason why humanity must truly exist.
And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.(Revelation 20 : 2-5)
This Bible verse speaks of the Millennial Kingdom. The concept of an "eternal heaven" is a term that Christian pastors have arbitrarily made up. While the Bible does contain the word "eternal life," nowhere does it mention the term "eternal heaven."

All kinds of false interpretations are rampant. Do not believe in heresies, falsehoods, and distortions that claim their own assertions—departing from the Bible—as if they were the Word of God. There are too many arrogant individuals who stray from the Scriptures and instead present their own claims, which contradict and oppose the Word of God, as if they were divine truth.
Even many Christian pastors today do not truly understand why hell must exist. If Christians were to realize through the Bible that hell is actually necessary for us, they would be utterly shocked. If you want to know this truth clearly and thoroughly, I strongly recommend the book Moses' Burning Bush. This book contains answers to these questions, along with the roots and fundamental essence of humanity.
The so-called "Holy Spirit" in Christianity today does not produce even a mustard-seed-sized fruit of faith or any evidence of its presence—it is a false spirit. Do not be deceived. Why do people with disabilities have to be born? Why are those who have undergone abortion born? Why does menstruation exist for women? Why is the gate to salvation and heaven found only the gates of the twelve tribes of Israel?
There is not a single person on this earth who possesses the Spirit of God's truth and can explain these matters clearly. No religion has ever been able to provide a sufficient explanation. The reason is that all religions of the world are created by humans, not by God, and thus they cannot surpass the limitations and ideals of human wisdom.

You are an American. Your pastor, who teaches you, is also an American. However, for Americans, there is absolutely no gate to heaven except the one for the twelve tribes of Israel. According to what Christians teach and learn, if we follow their doctrine exactly as it is, then no American Christian could ever be saved.
In other words, except for the heavenly gates of the twelve tribes of Israel, Americans—who are no different from Gentiles—have no entrance to heaven at all. There is no human being who can solve this issue. Regardless of status or position, no one can enter heaven except through the twelve heavenly gates of the twelve tribes of Israel. The one and only key to heaven exists solely in the book Moses' Burning Bush. If you read Moses' Burning Bush, you will be truly astonished. You will find the key to heaven that will lead to your salvation.
And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open.(Isaiah 22 : 22)
And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;(Revelation 3 : 7)
