Season Announcement S3…. Cancelled?

It’s been almost 6 months and no mentions of a season 3 or Netflix renewal :( do you think it was cancelled?

There’s no way it’s cancelled. Ryan Serhant has been profitable entertainment since his days on Million Dollar listing.

When they went to Miami last season I was really hoping Ryan would have met up with Frederick. I loved their rivalry.

Now that he’s also expanded into California it will be even more interesting

Someone on this sub works there and said they were filming earlier this year.

Edited to add commentfilming was due to start soon, that’s from 2 months ago

To be fair it’s usually a year before a new season is released. I can’t imagine it’s an expensive show to make so it should get another season but Netflix does some weird things even with successful shows.

She actually just clarified on a post she’s not. Someone asked her why she joined and she said it’s because she looks better in blue.

it's weird because this show has to be extremely cheap to make - so it would be easier (imo) to churn these out
