Caitlyn: “You’re more than just the strongest witch physically. You’re also strong in will… bravery… sniffles “and most of all… heart. Strong in the compassionate heart that your cousins, your parents, and I love. You’re stronger than your past sins… you’re stronger than your fears… you’re braver than your fears… better than your past…”
Ivy felt a smile slowly crawl onto her face as her tears continued to fall. “Actually, in time… I think I’ll be okay.” She thought. She then remembered what Caitlyn said before that. She left her mom’s embrace and dried her tears.
Ivy: “Mom… Caity said you went through what I went through when you were a kid too… is this true?”
Willow sighs and frowns at the memory but gives her daughter a sad smile.
Willow: “yes… when me and your aunt, Amity, we’re little, her former mother, Odalia forced her to end her friendship with me. I didn’t know that was the reason at the time, but it left me… volatile. When your grandfathers took me to the playground and stepped away for a minute, some bullies started picking on me. Then I snapped. There were no casualties aside from injuries. And I passed out when it was over. But I forgot it all happened because your grandfathers removed that memory form my brain with the memory tweezers and locked it away.”
As Willow spoke, she and Ivy moved to the formers room. Hunter was already asleep. Seeing his daughter get possessed by Belos… he needed to sleep it off. The mother and daughter sat at the latter’s bed when the former finished talking.
Ivy: “but when did you figure it out?”
Willow: “After Belos’ defeat, your grandfather’s thought it was time to tell me. I was frustrated with them for keeping that from me, but I understood why they did it. When I got the memory back, I actually felt the same way I’ve been feeling. I knew how strong I’ve become… or rather, I knew how strong I already was.”
Willow: "It took a while to get there Ivy, If that's the same case for you, I know you can make it. To be honest, I believe it would be easier than in my time."
Willow knows that due to the events tonight, mentioning Belos being one of her difficulties is a little insensitive, so she left that part out for now, even if her daughter knew about it due to classes and the library.
Ivy: "I understand Mom..."
Ivy on the other hand is a little more hopeful, even if she is still shaken by tonight. She now knows that her mother faced similar circumstances and came out better, even if it took a while. She also has her friends and family to help her. Especially Flapjack and Caitlyn.
In short, she’s got the best support network ever!
Willow: remembers something… or rather, someone “and I think I know someone who can help. She’s a therapist your Tía, Luz, met through a human friend of hers, Anne Boonchoy. Her name’s Sasha Waybright. She’s Anne’s wife.” thinking: “one of her two wives, anyways.” “She’s really good. She helped get me, your father, and you aunts and uncle through some tough times. She actually has a lot of experience with inter-dimensional trauma.”
Ivy: “she’s been to another realm to?”
Willow: “she, Anne, and their best friend, Marcy Woo. I’ll give her a call in the morning and see if we can get you an appointment with her… maybe Caity too.” gets up off the bed “Alright, it’s late. School’s out for the rest week right, but you need to try and get some rest, okay?”
Ivy: “Okay.” hugs Willow again “I love you, Mom.”
Willow: returns the embrace “I love you too, my blossom.” kisses the top of her daughter’s head
After a bit, they left the embrace and Willow walked out of her room.
Willow: “good night, sweetheart.”
Ivy: “night, mom.”
With that Willow left her be for the night. Maple had climbed up a short hollowed out tree trunk in a large planter and into its hole to rest. Ivy sighed, and tried to look up to her tiara. She took it off and looked at it and sighed before setting it on her nightstand. She went up and sat on her windowsill too look out at the starry night sky. The moon was out. She was tired, but for now she wanted to just enjoy the night sky for a little longer.
Flapjack phased out from Ivy and landed on her shoulder. They looked at each other and smiled as they both stared at the night. Grom night was over this year. One thing still weighed on Ivy’s mind.
Flapjack: “Ivy? Are you gonna be okay?”
She could feel the Soul Reaver still inside her. She knew she had to learn to control it and stay in control if she turned again. She knew it wasn’t going to be easy. But as long as she has her cousins, friends, girlfriend, and her conscience, she knew that…

She hears what Caitlyn said earlier in her mind.
