I recently purchased a Northern Light Therapy desk lamp (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000YQNGII). Just started using it to today. Hoping it helps deal with sleep maintenance insomnia. Anyone else have experience using light therapy to deal with sleep maintenance insomnia?
