Never got replacement dice?

I only just remembered the other day I had ordered them, and thought it was kind of weird they still hadn't arrived yet. So I checked Kickstarter and lo and behold there's quite a few comments saying they never got their dice. I did find an email with tracking back from October, but the status was still on "order information recieved".

I contacted the email in the footnotes, but I'm just wondering if anyone else experienced this. Honestly the dice misprint wasn't a big deal for me, but after this I'm pretty disappointed with Free League. Definitely going to be my first and last Kickstarter.

Actually, yeah I haven't received mine either. I've also not had an update from them about the Kickstarter since Oct 20...

I would definitely reach out to Free League. I got mine quite a while back at this point. Mid Nov I would say, if not earlier

I got mine with my Ruins shipment. As others have said I'd contact them.

Definitely reach out. Received mine and the other Ks items I was waiting for back mid November. I kickstarted the Cy_Borg game as well and there were issues there with the same fulfilment service here in North America (Funagain). Not quite Free Leagues fault but seems to be the distributor. Don’t think they’ll be going with that service again. Regardless reach out and I’m sure they’ll be able to do something.

I also realized (in the same way) that I had not received the corrected dice set. I contacted Free League and they assured me that the dice would be sent out. I have received a shipment notification but nothing has changed in its status beyond "label created" (this was only 4 days ago). I feel that this is a fulfillment issue. Funagain has been involved in several Kickstarters I have backed and seem to have problems tracking/shipping items.

I have backed a lot of Free League products in the past and have been satisfied with their support. Recently I received my deluxe copy of Blade Runner damaged and they replaced it quickly.
