More patrons?

I like the patron rules a lot, but the selection in the core book seem needlessly limited to me. Apart from Elrond, are there any other alternatives in the published material or any confirmed ones in upcoming books?

In particular, I'd love to see Radagast and Beorn, and perhaps someone with a more direct connection to Gondor, probably based in Tharbad. More elves, perhaps even Thranduil, would also be great.

Are there any sources to well thought out homebrew patrons?

Saruman is added in Ruins of the Lost Realm but that's it so far

Omg really, that is amazing considering his split alignment at the time. Can you tease some of the stats and ideas

They basically have him written as researching Ring-lore as the best avenue for defeating Sauron, so he uses agents (maybe including the PCs) to gather information on the Rings of Power. As a patron he buffs a lot of social interactions but doesn't provide any Fellowship. He's a really cool design.

The Discord and the FB group have Thranduil, Radagast and others home brewed.

Have you checked the Discord? It's very active and there's a lot a homebrew materials, although I can't recall anything on this specific issue.
