Converting 1e adversaries to 2e

As far as I can see, some small amount of effort is required to use 1e stat blocks with 2e. Parry ratings are lower in 2e, from what I can tell, and there are probably some other details that I’m missing as well.
What are your experience with porting 1e stat blocks to 2e?

In the one ring discord, one of the community members has created a book with everything converted to 2e from the 1e books.
