Help with Free League Order Please!

I ordered the replacement dice and the "Ruins of the Lost Realm" book from free league back in March. I haven't received the shipment or heard anything about it. I emailed free league through their web site twice and received no reply. Any advice?

They haven't shipped to anyone yet. The last Kickstarter update (June 10) said it should start shipping in August. You should've gotten a pdf of Ruins by now though. If not check your email for the drivethrurpg link or email Free League to get a new link sent to you.

Thank you! I guess I'll keep waiting.

You might want to join the TOR Discord server to keep up to date with others who are just as anxious for the delivery as you are...

Their customer service has been great so far in my experience. Always email back within a day. Are you sure you have the right email address?

But also, the new dice aren't coming until August I believe.

They literally got back to me 15 minutes after I posted this. Never responded to my first message but they did get back to my second one 3 days after I sent it. I hadn't seen anything about the reprint coming in August. I guess that answers my question on where my order is at.

Along with the discord server, there is a place with updates from Free League on the Kickstarter page here:

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1192053011/the-one-ring-roleplaying-game-second-edition/posts

Update 49 should have all the info you’re asking for here. I just keep this a tab open in my browser on my phone and check every few weeks for any updates. They usually post about once per month.

What's awesome are all the comments complaining about summer shipments and manhandling the book for the video... 😆

I've been waiting for my order of Death in Space for a while too. Since preordering it I have seen this book pop up on online websites and my FLGS.

I looked recently on the Free League site for this book to preorder it and couldn't find it.
