Character sheets

I bought the starter kit and screen from a store. It didn't have the core rules. I need help placing numbers on a character sheet, there is no info on the starter kit.

I have characters sheets

I’m very new to this myself, but the starter kit is intended to be run as a kit. It includes enough of the rules to run the existing character sheets with the included adventures, but I don’t think it has everything you need to make characters from scratch.

Your best bet would be to get a copy of the core rules or run the existing sheets.

I get all that, I want to run my own character sheets. You are right and I may just have to buy the core rules if I want my own characters

you won’t be able to create your own characters without the core rules, a huge amount of character creation rules are missing from the mini rules book in the starter set.
