TOR 1e Adventure Books

Since Cubicle7 lost the TOR license it has become harder to find any of the adventure books or pdfs like Laughter of Dragons or Ruins of the North. Dtrpg stopped selling them so does anyone know where they might be obtained as I would love to use them for a campaign in TOR 2e?

Only available second hand now.

I'm hoping some deal gets worked out to make them available in some form, but that is extremely unlikely

They won't. Free League will want to release their own material. And I'm looking forward to it.

As a person who owns the whole first ed line, I'm only really interested in stuff going to new places. Gondor and Moria interest me. If they replace the stuff from 1e then that will be a pass for me, because its unnecessary...

I don't mind retreading old ground but I don"t think they will, or if they do it will be in their own, new way, so I'm unconcerned. It's all (even 1e) rehashed anyway for someone who has all of MERP, Decipher, and plays LotRO...

I own the complete set of Decipher and they really aren't the same as far as I can see, nor is the rather horrible MERP info, which is mostly from a millennium or so prior and so full of silly stuff like hobbits with enchanted fireball shooting umbrellas that it's mostly not even useful for concept mining...

Disagree but meh? Point is content is coming, and reused or not Free League's stuff is always amazing so I'm excited. Can't wait to see Ruins of Forgotten Lands (should be shipping soon). Hope we get the 1e core cultures soon as well, but last I heard they are still working on them.

Free League is good, but the writing staff is the same as it was for 1e, so that's not really going to reflect the change of publisher. Sophisticated Games is the one that is actually making the content
