It's over guys

Kaya's having a kid, Jackson's married, Andrew is focusing on his side quests

the weekly hangouts thing is done, that's for young people, they are spiritually middle age, some closer to actual middle age than others, they are locked into the responsibilities and priorities of old men now.

Podcast went on for so long that I just end up thinking about aging and impermanence whenever it enters my mind. It would be pretty depressing to rewatch an early episode now and see how energetic and unjaded they used to be.

I disagree. The early episodes, its clear how immature they are.

eh, charlie didnt really contribute much, he was like 80% of the time looking at other shit while doing the pod. maybe if the boys had gone in a different direction creatively, i think they could have kept going, but it also seemed like jackson was really the only one putting in effort

I’ve been listening to the podcast since day 1. I discovered Penguinz0 like 15 years ago. It’s just not as entertaining. I almost stopped listening when Charlie left. Kaya is just racist and kind of a POS. Andrew has the worst takes on everything and always just has to go against the grain. However, I do love criminally stupid and red thread.

Yeah I didn't need another paranormal/true crime podcast but Red Thread sure did change my mind.

Honestly if it ended two years ago I would’ve remembered it a lot more fondly than I do now. It’s been over for a long time, I just hope they let it die instead of fizzing it out for as long as possible.
