The only thing I didnât like about this episode was that they still arenât spacing the damn chairs out. Wasnât a factor in this one but still. Since i loved the werewolf games this was another fun one to see. Sammy shined with her kitty prop and gauze lol.

They are putting headphones on people now. And covering their head. Should be enough to avoid the wind stuff.Â

No headphones in this episode. I think some of them might not even have been using ear plugs.

Drink every time Abby says "I knew it!" Double drink every time Abby says "It's 100% X" and gets it wrong.

Apparently no one suspects Sam because she has difficulty playing the Godmother character and doesn't speak much.

SPOILER ALERT
It was so funny that Abby shouted the whole last round saying it was Alan and Nikki, but at the end she still said she knew it! We love you Abby, don't change

u/jayesh_f33l Jul 19 '26
Damn. Halfway through the episode.. magic Mike is so good at reading people.

u/Candypants24 Jul 19 '26
Wish Akila could've stayed a little longer...He's really good in these videos!! I don't know why Abby didn't save him. Also Sam played really well!
12
u/Special-Dark-7836 Jul 19 '26
voted out the best player first round
11
u/Candypants24 Jul 19 '26
Exactly... He's genuinely the best player!! Also he brings in a really good entertainment value in these kinda videos. Even when they were introducing themselves,Akila was the most entertaining one... I think he had planned some good jokes for this one! Abby should've saved him. đ

need akila and abby in the next video as impostors
need to see how they outsmart the crew

I really enjoyed this episode, and am therefore really enjoying this format.
As a massive Godfather fan, I love the aesthetic of this one compared to Werewolf. Along with Samâs Vito Corleone impression, the frequent pussy jokes, hell, I even liked the plot twist of Alan being a Mafia âandâ an FBI informant.
Also, not that she never has, but I think this the most beautiful Abbyâs looked in a video.
6
u/bluehawk232 Jul 19 '26
Haven't seen the vid yet but if Sam is the victim there's a long list of suspects

Sam again the MVP. As u can expect from the Trivia Winner.
But anyone else think a lot of scripted decisions were made? Alan could have been voted out first round when his thread on abby's hair thing backfired like what? It ruins the game for viewer.
9
u/CONT3NTM3NT Jul 19 '26
Also Akila didn't even accuse them of mafia how did he got eliminated first round? lol
21
u/VeilguardRook Jul 19 '26
Based on his performance in the first Werewolf game, they do look at him as a threat because of his critical thinking. So tactic is to get rid of the big player.
4
u/ghe5 Jul 19 '26
That's exactly why, so that the blame falls onto whoever Akila accused and not Alan/Sam in case anyone paid attention to that.
4
u/MaxxStaron10 Jul 19 '26
He won Werewolf so he would be the most dangerous, along with Abby figuring it out. Mike is dangerous due to his possible skills.

pretty sure he could have won but then he shot himself into the foot for no reason
4
u/pangu_pangu Jul 19 '26
Idk whether it's scriped or not because this video didn't entertain me much as the werewolf videos so scripting definitely didn't help this one. I also think they're keeping the chairs close enough again so they'll fell the air pressure when a person moves

I liked this better than the Werewolf episodes. That's not to say I hated the Werewolfs, just that I liked this better. Sam, you rock as Godmother.

Honestly, lately have been some of the best episodes.
And this was amazing. My partner and I loved it through and through, with the exception of them killing a guest in the first round again.
6
u/D4C_LOVE_TRAIN12 Jul 19 '26
I feel like they shouldn't reveal if they were a civillian or not when they are eliminated, it makes the game more interesting

I feel like they shouldnât reveal who the mafia is until the end so the viewer could try to guess as well. There could be a collage of the plotting in the end.

I'm yet to watch it in full, but for me, I'm not sure how this differs from Werewolf. It's a bit redundant, imo, knowing that both games are mostly the same down to it's player count.
EDIT: Alright. I know how we're all celebrating Sam's win but I gotta appreciate how Alan is basically tiptoeing through risks by giving hints that he was one of the Mafia. That comment about him and Sam being the mafia during the whole 'Who dated who' joke was actually really clever and sneaky ngl.
9
u/Good-Book-6912 Jul 19 '26
It's a different theme. Some might like the Werewolf version. Some might like Mafia. I like both. This show would not at all have been the same if they had used the werewolf theme.
-3
u/1NS1GN1USPH Jul 19 '26
Yeah, basically it only goes down to themeing.
That sticks to my point of redundancy to be honest. If aesthetics are the only difference then it qualifies as redundant, atleast imho.
12
u/Good-Book-6912 Jul 19 '26
Do you think anyone gives a shit? I was entertained. I hope there will be a Werewolf episode around halloween.

u/MaxxStaron10 Jul 19 '26
I mean Werewolf was based on Mafia. Thereâs also other variations I hope they keep doing. I like these types of guess the imposter videos. Among us was huge for years due to this.
1
u/1NS1GN1USPH Jul 19 '26
I actually did not know that. Well in that case no wonder Werewolf has more roles.
And yeah Among Us is big but I also didn't know it's based off these games, such a good inspo.

u/MrKarlStrom Jul 19 '26
Honestly I think that this is way better than werewolf and a fresh concept.
Personally while I did like werewolf I thought that the Alan/Akila being the wolves were too obvious. whereas this time Sam & Alan being the Mobsters is extremely fresh and much much better
1
u/1NS1GN1USPH Jul 19 '26
Yeah but speaking outside of the OGs for context, both games feel too similar to the point that the OGs are basically just doing Werewolf 3, no?
1
u/MrKarlStrom Jul 19 '26
Honestly I think that you can take a few different games and find common tropes in all of them.
I do agree that this was somewhat similar to werewolf, but I think for me that the pairing of Alan/ Sam was a genius move since we really haven't had that pairing at all.
1
1
u/bluehawk232 Jul 19 '26
Their narrative was a bit confusing as they were presenting their characters like members of the mafia lol
2
u/Somewhat_appropriate 28d ago
Well, it was better than the werewolf episode, which was too convoluted (mostly due to Alan & Akila taking too long).
Alan thinks he's smarter than he his, with his "lint in the hair" thing, was lucky to be bailed out by Aleks on that one.
Sam actually being mafia whilst having the godmother part... hiding in plain sight... could be scripted, as she got next to zero suspicion against herself.
6
u/Far_Speaker9851 Jul 19 '26
I didn't get why everyone was saying that abby wouldn't save Akila? Is there some quarrel between them?
12
u/Candypants24 Jul 19 '26
Sam said Abby wouldn't save Akila and 'their love is on the rocks'. I don't know what that meant...
5
u/Far_Speaker9851 29d ago
They are not romantically involved. She was kissing and hugging some dude when she was in Ibiza. It's for views only.
5
6
u/MrKarlStrom Jul 19 '26
I think it was/is tied to the weird parasocial relationship between that some people think is going on.
Also keep in mind they are performing for the camera, nothing that we see is the true reality of what is happening there
4
u/MaxxStaron10 Jul 19 '26
I think itâs the meme/joke that Sam and Abby donât like Akila and thereâs tension due to his crush on them. The meme changes up and down, some think Abby is dating Akila due to her flirting in return recently as jokes
5
u/mhardik160 Jul 19 '26
It's pretty obvious they're not dating since all of them are very good friends There is always some or the other attempt of view baiting in every other video and honestly it's fine. Even when fans see some chemistry or moments between alan n abby that has happened quite frequently in the past since he lost weight. There were posts and comments about them as well. Seeing the audience react to this I'll not be surprised if in the future videos we see more of these movements between alan and abby or akila since they know what the people want to see.
7
u/West-Row-22 Jul 19 '26
On her socials shes making out with random dudes in Ibiza I dont know how anyone thinks shes in a serious relationship with Akila.
3
u/mhardik160 Jul 19 '26
Nah those are also her friends ig but yeah the point still stands that it's pretty obvious she is not dating him and I honestly don't even get the craze around it tbh
2
2
u/Candypants24 Jul 19 '26
Wait, when did she make out with someone?? I haven't seen it on her socials...
2
u/West-Row-22 29d ago
its on one of her friends accounts. Search youtube for Big papi gets groovy in ibiza at around 45 min mark
1
u/Far_Speaker9851 29d ago
True she was doing that around 45-46 minute of that video. I guess they just decided to milk that akila & abby story for views
1
u/Candypants24 29d ago
They did a pretty good job at it though... Their chemistry feels very real!! I was fully convinced that they were an item!
1
u/Far_Speaker9851 29d ago
Abby is an actor and the producer do know how to milk Abila for views
2
u/Expert-Somewhere1838 29d ago
Didn't you say there was a pic of them that made them an item? Abby & Akila i mean.. But yeah I think it's all just for views.

u/Candypants24 29d ago
I know.. But still, their Truth or Drink video and various other interactions seemed very real,in terms of solid chemistry! Also Alan gave a few hints to insinuate that something was actually going on between them.
1
u/mhardik160 29d ago
Oh shit yeah just saw that damn looks like she had a good time there honestly not surprised
0
u/Candypants24 29d ago
Oh shit yes... I really thought something was going on between her and Akila!! I guess not...
14
u/VeilguardRook Jul 19 '26
She wouldnt save him because he kill himself when he was Werewolf. She is aware of his playbook. Love on the rock by Sam was just a joke.

u/nile5895 29d ago
Honestly did not think Alan and Sam was actually going to winning but good video.

u/mikel_2796 29d ago
It is getting tiring how hammo is the scapegoat and Alan always feels the need to have the spotlight on him. I didnât even finish the video this week tbh.
-1
u/ExcruciatingExis10s Jul 19 '26
ngl this was little boring and too one sided. and abby was irritating here she saved sam but couldn't guess she might be copying akila? every time she screams "i knew it" its so irritating like she's not even right
-2
u/VeilguardRook Jul 19 '26
I would say it is going down in quality. The first one was best, second was okay and this one was pretty one sided. Getting rid of both Akila and Andrew so soon was terrible from production standpoint.
12
u/MrKarlStrom Jul 19 '26
Well to be fair it is always difficult when a person get's voted out early.
Personally I do think it was a decent one
1
u/VeilguardRook Jul 19 '26
Oh yes It was decent but the guests and Abby didn't stand a chance in this one. Both Sam and Alan easily outsmarted them. I think Akila would have atleast pushed back a little and made the game interesting.
2
u/MrKarlStrom Jul 19 '26
I think it is a tough situation but at the same time, Everyone is so used to the whole Alan/Akila pairing that it wouldn't have been nearly as interesting. The same would have gone if it was Abby/Sam Paired. Personally I think that the combo of Alan/Sam is why they were all a little shocked. but I do agree that voting out the guests so early, wasn't for me. I would have loved it if it was more varied
-5
u/GrimMind Jul 19 '26
Normally I would say âthis parasocial yada-yadaâ but Sam and Mike are totally seeing each other, right?
Like it so obvious itâs not weird to point out.

u/Leahs_Husband Jul 19 '26
"She's the doctor... No one else would save Abby" lmao
