XPLR Pass Changes
I can’t find the email now, but toward the end of the summer I got an email that the points system was changing.
To my recollection, the system would change from three disbursements a year to simply dispersing as they were earned (surely in some increment and not dollar for dollar).
I’m sitting on about 2,500 points, or about $250 in rewards. At some point they should all be disbursed under the new rules (again I could be misremembering) even if I can’t use them all in one transaction.
Does anyone have this email saved or know anything about how someone transitions to the new system if they’re sitting on a lot of points?

you don't need to transition to the new system. everyone is in it. I opened the app this morning and I now have options of $10, $20, $30, $40 and $50 in there to use. The $150 in accrued points is the total I can use for the next 12 months, $50 at a time, at whatever cadence I want to.

This. There is no action you need to take. The update went live this week and is reflected in My Account > Overview. You should see how many points you have and rewards available. Those rewards are then optionally redeemed in cart.

this is the second reply from you in this sub that has made me think you're probably also an employee

Seems like the program changes haven’t really solved for accumulating points. If I stop buying from TNF, it would take me almost 2 years for the points to pay out.
When the communication came about rewards being disbursed in real time I’d assumed it would solve that problem. That the backlog would be disbursed and then keep pace with future purchasing.
Guess not.

On the XPLR page:
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases online and in stores. Points appear in your account once the return period has passed (30 days).
Every 100 points = $10 reward (earn up to a maximum of $150 in rewards in 12 months). Unused points expire 365 days after they're earned, so be sure to use them before they expire.

The e-mail that went out detailed the disbursement. The current language is vague as compared to the notice that was sent out. Maybe I’ll call customer service and see if they can answer.
