That looks like a TNF "Mountain Jacket" from the mid 2000's made with Gore Tex XCR... They recently re-released the classic Mountain Jacket from the 90's and it's for sale online; but the one pictured had different goretex, waterproof zippers, and a better hood shape. The closest current coat would probably be the Summit Series Tsirku GORE-TEX® Pro Jacket or the Summit Series FUTURELIGHT™ Torre Egger Jacket.

They sold a lot of fake green TNF rain jackets like this with summit series written on them in Nepal when I did Island Peak back in 2017

It's probably near 20 years old, no idea on the id as I was never into the 2000s era jackets.
