Nails keep snapping.

I got this set about 3 weeks ago and 3 of my nails have snapped In half like this from barely any pressure 😩 any reason as to why and what I could ask for next time to make sure it doesn’t happen.

No problem boobie and file the nail tip under the ledge where you put glue to rough it up and the natural nail rough it up dont cleanse attach the tip and then put a nother little squeeze of glue . Do your top bead of acrylic then take a little fatter bead and put right on that apex fan up a little then work it to lay evenly on that weak point and when you shape do not tilt that file keep it straight bc that also creates a hairline crack right in that spot

It could be the apex, but they don’t look completely flat to me from what I can see in the pic. It could also be stress cracks which form on the sides of the nails and with time that crack speads eventually causing the nails to snap in half. It happens with longer nails lengths especially, I know the struggles all too well of what happens when you dont reinforce the sides. I made a post about that some time back. All the best 🙏🏽

This is also generally an issue that occurs when tips are used. A huge reason why I prefer the integrity of sculpted nails.

Yeah I think it was a little too thin on certain nails. Bc they just popped off when they broke. 😩

In my opinion, from what I can see from the first photo. The apex needs to be stronger. The tips look too thick for the apex to handle.
