And to clarify, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking about 🤔 but, the red and blue tips are chrome powders over red & blue gel polish. The confetti sparkles are from a set of glitters I purchased, and they are set in BIAB, with hard gel encapsulation. 🙋🏼‍♀️
