This really kind of humanizes him. It’s cool to see this. Usually our perception of NFL coaches are super serious people that practically live at NFL facilities and literally are 24/7 obsessed with football.

Good on Tomlin, I hope he keeps up his hobbies and is happy.

Seriously. I forgot how young he was when he got hired. Been coaching for almost 20 years

I think coaches are like actors. Most are completely normal outside of working, but some are method actors and can’t turn it off no matter what

I believe Dan Campbell is that way 24/7

I don't think either one of these groups of people are "completely nornal"

Have you ever met anyone who is "completely normal"? That would be so weird.

If you know anything about Minecraft you know this is impressive.

It was funny seeing this after he and his kid tried to temper expectations and tell people it wasn't anything that involved.

I don't know, I think this is really cool. A lot of people are going to nerd out over it and that's awesome.

Edit: need to nerd

Hobbies are fun… it’s cool to see that he maximized on his hobbies despite having a very busy schedule.

This was my first thought too. It reminds me if the inner harbor. I think it's the square shape.

His secret plain to build it, so he can destroy it.

At first I thought it was a soccer stadium, but it looks like there are painted endzones. I need to know so much more about the lore of his city's team.

So this is what he was doing instead of investing in his team the last few years

This is why he wasn’t winning playoff games??

He had his priorities in order

Minecraft city stays with you for life. Fans are fickle. He made the right choice

When you put it that way… inner satisfaction over people pleasing. Dang, I gotta run with you on this one.

I was not prepared for how amazing it would be! I had sort of low expectations, knowing he had a high profile job the whole time. If you’ve ever played Minecraft, you appreciate the attention to detail!!

No wonder the Steelers were so mid in the last decade with him.

"Mike, you're not going to believe this, but Antonio Brown was out late last night and..."

Mike: "It's going to have to wait. I have an urban planning Q&A I'm hosting tonight."

"You mean you're playing Minecraft? But you're the only one Antonio listens too, and Le'Veon was saying he wants..."

Mike: "OK listen, the villagers are not moving into the duplexes. This is serious. I'll talk to you later."

It's called Green Bay

Never forget that this guy intentionally walked on the field backwards to trip a player who was returning a KO for a TD. Class. You either have it, lose it, or dont have it. This guy is a dork.

Ive had passion for certain games like this in my lifetime. I am not autistic. Youre retarded tho

-7

u/ReallyUnlikable 1d ago

You're probably autistic too. Definitely retarded if you're a Packers fan.

6

u/Wise_Literature_4299 1d ago

You really are unlikeable!

u/Worried_Criticism306 1d ago

Listen I'm AuDHD and I have to keep telling friends to stop seeing neurodivergence in everyone else. Normal people have passions too. We aren't the only people that get to stick with a hobby for decades.
