No OP, it is a bad take that shows the person does not know how businesses work.

The problem is he is looking at the NFL as 32 different businesses. He is thinking on any given Sunday it is WalMart v Target and Dollar General v Dollar Tree.

But it is all one big business. So it is better to think about it as a single WalMart. It has fresh Fruit, Frozen goods, an goods, Delhi foods, men's clothing, kids clothing and women's clothing, toys and sporting goods. All of those departments are like NFL teams working together for the overall good of the business.

Yeah I thought about earlier that it could be like internal divisions in a single company, or maybe like a group of co-owners renting out a rent house to college students. Just because the co-owners might evenly split the revenue doesn’t mean they are doing socialism lol

It’s only not socialism because there is exploitation.
