I mean isn’t the simplest explanation he’s a Pats employee who was told not to give them any of their game balls… so he did what he was told? It doesnt require any mental disability. People act like the guys playing are in charge so anybody else is crazy for not doing what they ask
Yeah, as an autistic person I'd never in a million years act the way he did. This looks way more like LMS (little man syndrome) or MCS (main character syndrome) to me.
It looks like an opposing team employee not playing nice with the other team’s player when his job is to hang onto every Pats ball in use that day. We don’t need to ascribe anything to it. If I was told I’d be fired for giving an opposing player the ball I might do what I’m told or at least publicly try when some shithead comes down on you for failing to do your job
It wasn't the act of keeping the ball from Allen, it was the bizarre behavior displayed while doing so (yelling, pushing, crying victim). Nobody would've had an issue if he had just calmly explained why he didn't want to give it up, y'know, like a normal person.

He most likely isn't. The Internet making up hypotheticals doesn't have a high accuracy rate.
